3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 9672 features high strength 3M™ Adhesive 300, which provides an excellent bond to a range of textured or smooth HSE and LSE materials. This 5.0 mil adhesive is applied to a 6.2 mil polycoated kraft paper liner, making the transfer tape ideal for applications requiring a thin caliper and high tack. The 83-lb. liner provides excellent handling and lay-flat properties.

Featuring a 5-mil high tack adhesive and a durable PCK liner, the 3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 9672 adds efficiency and ease of use to a range of ‎general industrial joining jobs including thin applications that require high-strength adhesion. 3M™ Adhesive 300 is formulated for excellent initial adhesion to surfaces including textured metals, foams, HSEs and LSEs. The 6.2 mil liner is polyethylene coated on two sides for excellent lay-flat and easy handling.

A Durable Bond
3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 9672 features 3M™ Adhesive 300, which affords excellent quick tack and bonds well to a variety of substrates including metals, high surface energy (HSE) plastics and low surface energy (LSE) plastics. This acrylic Adhesive 300 has been tested to ASTM procedures for peel adhesion, temperature and humidity as well as resistance to UV, fuels, acids and detergents.

About Adhesive Transfer Tape
In general, 3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tapes are rolls of pressure sensitive adhesive pre-applied to a special release liner. The tape consists of adhesive only and does not have any type of backing material. For application the tape is positioned, adhesive side down, to a surface and the liner is removed, exposing the backside of the adhesive to the joining surface.
