At JAM Industrial Supply, our goal is to make it easy for you to order the industrial supplies you need, at the prices you want—and get them shipped right to your door. Where will you ship to?

We ship to all fifty (50) United States.

However, we will not ship to freight forwarding companies. If the shipping address is a freight forwarding company, the order will be canceled with an email sent explaining this policy.

What shipping carrier is used to ship my package?

We use UPS to ship orders. Shipping options include ground, overnight, 2-day, or 3-day.
We also offer free shipping via our trucks for local deliveries within 50 miles of our Canton, Ohio branch.

Where can I find my package’s tracking number, and how do I track my package?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. To track your package, you may visit UPS.com, or click on the link that is provided within the email.

Do you require a signature or package insurance for deliveries?

Generally, we do not require a signature for shipment of packages. However, we may require them on larger orders at our discretion. JAM Industrial Supply, LLC is not liable for missing packages. However, we will work diligently to locate missing packages.

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. Upon shipment, UPS Ground Delivery may take between 3-6 business days depending on location and current conditions. UPS 2-day should arrive by the third business day and UPS 3-day should arrive within 3-4 business days from shipment. JAM Industrial Supply, LLC is not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather or carrier errors, but we will do our best to assist customers in these circumstances.

Is there an additional shipping fee for hazardous materials?

As per UPS regulations regarding hazardous materials, all aerosol and pressurized products require a hazardous material shipping fee called ORM-D. This is a charge per item ordered that meets the requirements through JAM Industrial Supply, LLC that we require. For more information, please visit the UPS website or contact us today.
