3M™ Cubitron™ II Stikit™ Film Disc 775L is now available with an extended grade range up to 1000+, making it ideal for a broad spectrum of applications, from aggressive stock removal to fine finishing. Effective on a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, all wood, paints, primers, and other coatings. The durable film backing offers greater tear resistance than paper discs, ensuring additional durability and edge retention for both wet and dry applications. For best results, use with 3M Xtract Random Orbital Sanders to maximize performance and efficiency. The 3M Stikit system simplifies sanding by offering discs with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing, removing the need for manual adhesive application.
This design of the 3M™ Cubitron™ II Stikit™ Film Disc 775L allows for quick and easy attachment to a Stikit backup pad (sold separately) on your disc sander, random orbital sander, or stationary disc sander. When it’s time to change discs, the pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures that the disc can be peeled off effortlessly, leaving a clean surface ready for the next disc. This efficient system enhances productivity by reducing downtime and maintaining a tidy work environment.
