3M™ Finesse-it™ Buffing Pad, in 3- and 5-inch diameters, is a felt pad with a 3M™ Hookit™ attachment for applying 3M™ Finesse-it™ polishes to various types of clearcoats using rotary or random orbital buffers and polishers.

Remove Defects, Sand Scratches, and Swirl Marks
Identifiable by its red and white design, with the 3M wordmark stamped on its backing, the 3M™ Finesse-it™ Buffing Pad comes in both 3- and 5-inch diameters. Achieve best results on a variety of clearcoats using the 3-inch pad when running between 3,000 and 6,000 rpm on a rotary polisher or between 10,000 – 12,000 rpm on a random orbital polisher. This 5-inch buffing pad should run between 3,000 – 6,000 rpm on a rotary polisher or between 10,000 – 12,000 rpm on a random orbital polisher.
