The 3M™ Speedglas™ 9000 Welding Helmet offers superior protection at an aproachable price for both apprentices and journeymen. Its narrow width polyamide nylon construction is heat and chemical resistant, extremely durable and ideal for working in tight spots. Helmet weight (without lens): 10.8 oz (306 g). Headband: fully-adjustable, ratcheted design. Optional Hard Hat Adapter is specially designed for welders working in areas with overhead hazards. 3M™ Speedglas™ 9002NC Auto Darkening Lens provides advanced precision optics, natural color and a generous viewing window size. Adjustable switching time between dark and light provides further customization based on application.
