3M Xtract™ Cubitron™ II Film Sheet 775L features 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain, a revolutionary advancement in abrasive technology now available to grade 1000+. The triangular-shaped ceramic mineral is designed to slice through the substrate, rather than gouging or “plowing” like conventional abrasives, resulting in a disc that cuts up to 2x as fast and lasts up to 6x as long as conventional abrasives without compromising finish. Featuring a 3M proprietary multi-hole pattern for improved dust extraction in finishing applications. Part of the 3M Xtract™ Series, designed for optimal dust removal, increasing cut and dramatically increasing life.

Effective on a wide variety of substrates, including all metals, composites, wood, paints, primers, and other coatings. The durable film backing offers greater tear resistance than paper sheets, ensuring additional durability and edge retention for both wet and dry applications. Our line of 3M™ Hookit™ sheets is perfect for environments where adhesive-backed sheets may become contaminated by dust or dirt. Hookit sanding sheets attach easily to a hook-and-loop backup pad, can be removed cleanly, and reused throughout the abrasive’s life, enhancing cost-effectiveness and convenience.
