These rolls are now available with an extended grade range up to 1000+, making them ideal for a broad spectrum of applications, from aggressive stock removal to fine finishing. Effective on a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, all wood, paints, primers, and other coatings. The durable film backing offers greater tear resistance than paper rolls, ensuring additional durability and edge retention for both wet and dry applications. The 3M Stikit system simplifies sanding by offering rolls with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing, removing the need for manual adhesive application. This design allows for quick and easy attachment to a Stikit backup pad (sold separately).
When it’s time to change sheets, the pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures that the disc can be peeled off effortlessly, leaving a clean surface ready for the next roll. This efficient system enhances productivity by reducing downtime and maintaining a tidy work environment.
