The EARsoft Grippers Probed Test Plug, are a specially probed version of the standard earplug. This product works with the 3M E-A-Rfit Dual-Ear Validation System and allows you to conduct an earplug fit test for the EARsoft Grippers earplug. The complete system issues a pass or fail rating based on the employee’s personal attenuation rating (PAR) when wearing 3M E-A-Rsoft Gripper earplugs. *The NRR may overestimate the hearing protection provided during typical use. 3M recommends reducing the NRR by 50% for estimating the amount of noise reduction provided. 3M is Leading the Advancement of Hearing Conservation.
