Filament-Reinforced Electrical Tape 1076
- Electrical-grade paper backing and oil-compatible, pressure-sensitive, acrylic adhesive
- RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant
- Saturable backing provides air entrapment resistance that minimizes trapped air between the adhesive layers in the tape
- Withstands a temperature range of -40 to 221 °F (-40 to 105 °C)
- Woven, glass mat provides additional reinforcement and remains stable even after long exposure to transformer fluids
3M Tape 1076 has paper backing that offers complete saturation to reduce the potential of voids. The unique coating on this tape supports excellent bonding with diamond paper, insulation epoxy during the transformer baking process. It withstands a temperature range of 40 to 221 °F ( 40 to 105 °C) and it provides stiffness for excellent handling during coil winding operations. RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant .
