- Available in two styles, they fit a wide variety of 1-part (1K) and 2-part (2K) urethane, MSP and epoxy seam sealers
- Built for single-use with no cleanup required.
- Notched in one-quarter-inch increments, the tip is easy to trim to widths from .4 to 1.4 inches (6 mm to 36 mm)
- Part of the 3M OEM Match family of tips and sealants that can help technicians quickly match OEM seams sealer beads.
- The 1K version threads directly onto 3M aluminum cartridges while the 2K option friction fits to square-tube applicator and mixing nozzles.
- Width, texture, and height of the bead can be controlled by trimming the nozzle and adjusting air pressure during application.
3M OEM Match Wide Stream Tips are built to help technicians make repairs to flat or tapered seam sealer applications. With separate versions for one-part and two-part sealants, they work with urethane, MSP, and epoxy seam sealers. They are designed to help technicians match the size, shape, positioning, and texture of robotically-applied OEM seam sealers. The threaded 1K tip allows the tip to be installed without any special tools on any 3M aluminum seam sealer cartridge. The 2K version easily attaches to square-barreled 3M Static Mixing Nozzles and 1K Sausage pack nozzles. The width, texture, and height of beads can be controlled by trimming the nozzle and adjusting air pressure during application.
