Formulated Specifically for Bonding Plastics
Excellent for use in manufacturing processes where lightweighting requirements and complex geometries demand plastic components, the 3M™ Plastic Bonding Adhesive 2665 bonds plastic substrates including ABS, polycarbonate, acrylic and PVC. This one-part urethane adhesive delivers a very high tack and a strong final bond, and resists humidity and temperature extremes.
Efficient Application
3M™ Plastic Bonding Adhesive 2665 is packaged in a 33cc syringe which can be easily heated to application temperature (230°F/110°C). Low-viscosity adhesive affords a working time between 1.5 and 4 minutes, and is reworkable after moisture curing. It can also be dispensed using a time-pressure dispenser system with Luer-Lok needle tips, or using a positive displacement or gear metering valve to yield thin glue lines.
