The high-performance, metal-hybrid bond and diamond grit system combine to ensure improved profiling capability, durability and low wheel wear – reducing costs. They’re ideal for medium and large contact areas and grinding operations with high infeed rates.
They can be used with conventional dressing tools and sharpening stones, reducing dressing efforts and improving surface quality due to their profile retention. Compatible with different materials offering universal usage on ceramic and tungsten carbide and ceramic workpieces, they ensure higher productivity and removal rates.
Available in 2 versions.
X96-A – form holding (highest profile retention).
X96-B – free cutting (highest infeed rates).
