Use 3M PPS Series 2.0 Starter Kit for efficient paint, primer or coating spray applications – it is a convenient kit for getting started with 3M PPS Series 2.0 Spray Cup System.Kits are available in Midi (13.5 oz, 400 ml) and Standard (22 oz, 650 ml) sizes, the most common used sizes for a range of 2- and 3-panel repairs. Each Kit contains the components of the system: disposable lids with integrated collars and full diameter filters, disposable liners, reusable hard cup with universal mixing ratios built into the cup and sealing plugs. 3M PPS Series 2.0 makes it even easier to mix directly in the cup.

If you’re mixing on a scale, use the “max fill” notation on each cup to fit the maximum amount. Cups include a clear access window to help you see how much material is left while spraying. The window also allows you to hold the liner for easier, cleaner lid removal. This is especially useful during refills or tinting. The 3M PPS Series 2.0 Lids feature a domed geometry that allows up to 90 ml (3 fl oz) of material below the filter during on-demand spraying. This reduces sputter and other inconsistencies in spray performance. Lids also feature a wider spout for improved fluid flow. Every lid features a built-in full diameter filter.

Be sure to consult the paint or coatings manufacturer for the recommended filter mesh size. The adapter design provides a four-point connection and a wider 360° platform to ensure a stable, reliable lid-to-spray-gun connection. The 3M PPS Series 2.0 Spray Cup System offers a complete disposable spray cup solution for mixing/measuring, filtering, spraying and for temporary sealing and protection of sprayable coatings.
