How The Custom Program Works
Contact a 3M Converter Market Specialist or Design Solution Specialist and 3M will work one-on-one with you to create a custom adhesive tape that meets your product requirements.

1. Choose from 12 adhesive families:

100, 100MP, 200MP, 300, 300LSE, 300MP, 300MP LF, 350, 360, 400, 420, 1050

2. Select an adhesive thickness:

1-10 mils for: 100MP, 200MP, 300LSE, 300MP, 300MP LF, 420, 1050
0.5-2 mils for: 100, 300, 350, 360, 400

3. Pick a specific liner (printed or unprinted):

58# PCK, 83# PCK, 55# DK, PET, MicroChannel, 60# Glassine

4. Decide on the proper carrier:

Clear PET, White PET, Black PET, White PP

5. Request a price quote:

Allow 1 week for product feasibility and pricing

6. Order your sample roll:

If requested, samples will ship within 2 weeks

7. Place your production order*:

New products shipped within 8 weeks from time of order (repeat orders for same construction shipped within 4 weeks from time of order)
