Made with EXL material, the versatile Scotch-Brite Unitized Wheel Pack 990S contains an assortment of wheels ranging from 1 inch to 3 inches and comes in a range of grades and densities. EXL material in the higher densities can be extremely tough, delivering aggressive cutting power for effective deburring of edges and corners without damaging the part. The lower densities are soft and conformable and work well for finishing contoured surfaces. The EXL wheels remove burrs without gouging or marring the work surface, leaves a clean edge and produces consistent results. The open-web construction also minimizes heat buildup during operation, making these wheels ideal for use on heat sensitive materials.
