These sheets contain multiple layers of mineral and as the pyramid-like structures wear, fresh, sharp mineral is constantly exposed to the workpiece. This results in faster, more consistent cutting throughout the life of the abrasive. The sheets also offer slurry-free polishing that requires only water-based coolant. Because the polishing process is diamond-based, the sheets perform highly efficiently. Plus, their flexible shape enables them to conform to a variety of tools, making them easy to tailor for each polishing application.
