3M Rigid Parts Repair is a two-part epoxy designed for use as a filler and an adhesive. This product is designed to repair SMC, FRP (traditional fiberglass) and other rigid plastic parts. This adhesive filler is easy to sand and formulated for excellent featheredge.

3M SMC/Fiberglass Repair Adhesives are two-part urethanes or two-part epoxies used to bond backup strips to SMC (sheet molded compound), FRP (traditional fiberglass) and primed metal. These adhesives provide a full range of hardness, flexibility and worktimes for jobs such as reinforcing the backside of plastic components on vehicles. They use automatic mixing and offer excellent sag resistance.

3M Flexible Foam makes for fast, easy and effective replacement of OEM flexible foams in automotive applications. A convenient 200 mL cartridge contains two-part urethane material that expands to 10 times its liquid volume, creating a closed-cell foam that won’t shrink and closely mimics OEM foam properties for insulation, sound-deadening and temperature resistance.

3M Fast Cure Auto Glass Urethane is a one-part, moisture-curing, auto glass urethane that produces an extremely fast-cure. This adhesive offers high viscosity for accurate placement and high bond strength to meet a variety of application strength requirements. This urethane adhesive is ideal for those applications that require a fast cure and strong hold, such as windshield bonding.

3M Impact Resistant Structural Adhesive (IRSA) is formulated for true automotive OEM specified structural bonding applications, excellent for collision absorption in steel structures and advanced lightweight aluminum alloys. This two part epoxy adhesive delivers extended worktimes – up to 1 hour – and can be rapidly heat cured. The adhesive changes from silver to purple as the adhesive cures.

The 3M Reinforcement Patch is ideal for backside reinforcement of flexible auto components during collision repair. Strong structural gauze is very absorbent for excellent saturation, great for smooth, efficient repair especially when using materials with fast working times. Thin construction limits bulging even in layered applications. Plastic release film makes for fast and clean application.

The 3M Plastic Contour Sheet is a vital piece of the auto body repair process. Used with plastic repairing adhesives, this sheet provides a smooth and flexible surface that can be coated with adhesive and pressed against any damaged part.

3M Flexiclear Body Seam Sealer creates strong and airtight seals on exterior joints and seams. This medium-bodied sealer offers reliable adhesion on hard, impervious automotive surfaces. This plastic repair adhesive offers a fast work time to enhance body shop productivity.

3M Hi-Strength Spray Adhesive 90 CA Low VOC <25% is an extremely versatile, fast-drying spray adhesive that bonds strongly to a wide range of materials. This product's permanent bond provides fast results while remaining easy to dispense thanks to a variable-width spray pattern. The high-solids content of this adhesive offers a high initial grab, sufficient bonding range, and a fast dry time. 3M Hi-Strength Spray Adhesive 90 CA Low VOC <25%'s combination of maximum-strength bonding and clean appearance makes it ideal for projects of all kinds, such as general industrial maintenance and repair projects; large-surface bonding of wood, laminates, MDF, and other substrates; and bonding for tilt-up construction. This product meets the applicable 2017 California Air Resource Board VOC limits for mist and web spray adhesives.

3M Short Strand Reinforced Filler is reinforced with short strand fiberglass to create water resistant repairs that are twice the strength of ordinary body fillers. It is a great solution for repairing holes and rust on metal and fiberglass.
