The 3M Metalworking contains a selection of abrasive belts for use in both wet and dry applications. 3M Cloth Belt 464W is an abrasive sanding belt constructed on a heavy, YF-weight backing that features closed coat construction for aggressive sanding action. The silicon carbide abrasive, Cork Particles and flexible backing make this cloth an ideal product for metal surface sanding and final cosmetic polish, including the required “blue” finish on stainless steel.
