3M Adhesive Transfer Tape 9461P leverages the power of 3M High Temperature Acrylic Adhesive 100 to produce an excellent high temperature, high strength and chemical resistant bond suitable to the demands of aerospace, automotive and electronics markets. It provides low outgassing properties necessary to deliver optimal performance in demanding applications.

3M PTFE Film Tape 5491 uses an extruded polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film backing. This tape offers an extremely low coefficient of friction which, in combination with a pressure sensitive silicone adhesive, creates a smooth, non-stick surface over a variety of substrates to assist in the movement of materials in many types of lay-flat applications.

3M Double Coated Urethane Foam Tape 4026 is an off-white, 0.0625 in. (1.6 mm) thick, double coated, open cell urethane foam tape that offers high shear strength. It is ideal for applications such as mounting interior signage and nameplates along with soap dispensers and air fresheners.

3M Membrane Switch Spacer 7953MP features 3M High Performance Acrylic Adhesive 200MP, formulated for excellent shear strength, on a .5 mil PET carrier. This adhesive withstands repeated switch actuation and forms neat, clean edges for precise slitting and die-cutting. Double PCK paper liners resist humidity, curling, tunneling and buckling, and add stability for improved sheet processing.

3M High Temperature Nylon Film Tape 855 is designed for high-temperature applications. The 3.2 mil thick tape features a non-silicone rubber adhesive on a tough nylon backing that applies easily, removes cleanly and withstands short temperature bake cycles of 400°F/204°C without leaving residue. This makes for faster anchorage during subsequent painting and bonding vs. silicone-based adhesives.

3M Removable Repositionable Tape 9415PC is a double-coated tape that works on a variety of substrates or materials for the temporary mounting of lightweight materials, such as paper, plastics, films, or foams. This low-tack adhesive allows removal from many papers, foils, and films, and its resilient polyester carrier improves the handling and strength of the tape, provides dimensional stability, helps deliver efficient processing of parts, and promotes consistent ease of liner removal. This tape is ideal for a wide range of applications, including core starting/end tabbing, holding credit cards in mailers, closing envelopes, and more.

This tape also utilizes 3M Adhesive 400 on the face side, which provides an excellent balance of good initial adhesion and good shear-holding power across a range of temperatures, as well as 3M Adhesive 1000 on the liner side, a low-tack, repositionable, acrylic, pressure-sensitive adhesive that allows for removal and repositioning of many papers, plastics, foams, and foils.

3M UHMW-PE Film Tape 5423 is a thick, general-purpose polyethylene tape made for high-impact, abrasion, and sliding applications. Its UPMW-PE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) thermoplastic backing enables its low-friction and resistance to chemicals, abrasion, and vibration in demanding situations. The exceptional hardness and slick surface is ideal for maintaining a gliding, ‘slip-plane’ effect and reducing noises like squeaks and rattles. Furthering its workability, 3M UHMW-PE Film Tape 5423 is mounted on a liner, allowing the user to die-cut shapes to exact specifications. Between its low-friction coefficient, built-in liner, and long-lasting protection, this slick-surfaced tape excels in the aerospace, automotive, printing, and MRO industries.

3M Squeak Reduction Tape 5430 is a transparent UHMW polyethylene film tape with an acrylic adhesive. It is commonly used to control squeaks and rattles due to vibration or wear of metal and plastic parts.

Constructed with a woven fiberglass backing, 3M Glass Cloth Tape 361 features a pressure sensitive silicone adhesive for applications requiring high-temperature resistance, high adhesion and clean removal. It is often used for high temperature applications such as sealing ducts and as a back-up strip for submerged arc welding.
