3M Cloth Belt 302D is an aluminum oxide belt with open coat construction and a flexible J-weight backing that conforms well for sanding contours and complex parts. It is best-suited for light grinding, finishing, deburring and setting the grain on carbon steel and stainless steel, as well as soft metals like aluminum, brass, bronze and copper.

3M Cloth Belt 370DZ is an open coat product using a premium grade aluminum oxide mineral. The cloth backing of the belt makes it suitable for both rough sanding and final finishing on wide belt and edge sanding applications.

When traditional aluminum oxide belts aren’t cutting it, try 3M Cloth Belt 577F with alumina zirconia abrasive grain. It offers increased cutting efficiency compared to aluminum oxide, and has a heavy, water-resistant polyester backing that stands up to high-pressure applications and edge work.

3M Cubitron II Cloth Belt 784F features 3M Precision-Shaped Grain for longer life and a faster, more consistent cut than conventional ceramic aluminum oxide belts. A precise mix of shaped ceramic and premium aluminum oxide delivers optimal cut in medium-pressure grinding and blending applications. The belt also features a waterproof backing and grinding aid.

3M Trizact Cloth Belt 363FC utilizes an aluminum oxide mineral bonded to a YF-weight polyester cloth backing. 363FC belts are consistent “go-to first” products for a wide range of applications from heavy deburring and defect removal to intermediate finishing. These belts are available in grades from A300 to A35.

3M Trizact Cloth Belt 237AA uses proprietary microreplication technology by 3M where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral and then coated on an X weight cloth backing. As these pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed to produce a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish.

3M Paper Belt 366UZ is constructed with 3M’s premium aluminum oxide mineral in closed coat format. It is an anti-static product that resists loading, and is coated on a heavy F-weight paper backing to efficiently sand and finish flat surfaces in woodworking applications.

3M Trizact Cloth 953FA is constructed with a 3M proprietary ceramic grain for fast, aggressive cutting action. An XF-weight cloth backing is durable with additional flexibility. It is ideal for dimensioning and blending in wet centerless or flat grinding applications on ferrous, stainless steel and nonferrous workpieces.

3M Cloth Belt 707E uses a 3M Ceramic Aluminum Oxide Abrasives blend and is designed for light to moderate-pressure stock removal and finishing operations when you need a conformable belt for contoured surfaces. The belt is constructed with a blend of 3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain and premium aluminum oxide to offer more durability and cutting efficiency over non-ceramic abrasives.
