3M Super Bond Film Tape 396 offers the thin caliper tensile strength of polyester and high immediate holding strength of rubber adhesive for creating butt splices on low surface energy materials such as polyethylene and other difficult-to-adhere-to surfaces. Often referred to as a single-sided adhesive splicing and core starting tape.

Used to protect surfaces from abrasion, 3M UHMW-PE Film Tape 5425 is a thin caliper general purpose polyethylene tape that creates a “slip plane” effect to allow contact without wear. This tape features outstanding chemical resistance and a unique combination of properties that make it ideal for many tough impact wear or sliding applications.

3M High Performance Green Masking Tape 401+ is designed to deliver sharp paint lines where surface temperatures can reach up to 250°F/121°C for 30 minutes. 3M Adhesive Transfer Tape 9471LE is a versatile, market proven, 2 mil (0.05 mm) transfer tape on a release liner. For anodizing, composite bonding and splicing, use 3M Polyester Tape 8403. This translucent green tinted tape is coated with a silicone adhesive that bonds well on difficult surfaces, including silicone coated papers and films. It is chemical resistant and performs under a wide range of temperatures and environments. This tape is a thicker version of 3M Polyester Tape 8402.

3M Aluminum Foil Tape 427 is the go-to foil tape for numerous applications across a broad range of industries. 3M Scotchrap Tape 51 is a premium grade, 20 mil thick, all weather tape with PVC backing. It withstands temperatures of 55 to 176 °F ( 48 to 80 °C) and resists abrasion and punctures. This printed, high tack, adhesive tape is corrosion and impact resistant, making it suitable for use on metal piping systems, conduits and fittings both above and below ground.
