3M Cloth Belt 384F is a general-purpose aluminum oxide cloth-backed belt recommended for metal deburring, general metalworking, and some woodworking applications. It is optimized for use on mild steel and carbon steel, and is also effective on softer metals like aluminum, bronze and brass.

3M Cloth Belt 464W is an abrasive sanding belt constructed on a heavy, YF-weight backing that features closed coat construction for aggressive sanding action. The silicon carbide abrasive, Cork Particles and flexible backing make this cloth an ideal product for metal surface sanding and final cosmetic polish, including the required “blue” finish on stainless steel.

3M Paper Belt 466UZ is a smooth running belt constructed with silicon carbide mineral, bonded to an F-weight paper backing. The semi-closed coat construction efficiently sands and finishes flat surfaces in woodworking applications. F-weight is one of the heaviest, most durable paper backings available and will achieve finer finishes than cloth backed belts in the same grade.

3M Sanding Screen Disc 483W employs fast-cutting, sharp silicon carbide mineral bonded to a durable screen cloth mesh. Extremely load-resistant, use it wet or dry for buffing and finishing both soft woods and metal surfaces.

3M Cubitron II Stikit Film Roll 775L features 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain, a revolutionary advancement in abrasive technology now available to grade 1000+. The triangular shaped ceramic mineral is designed to slice through the substrate, rather than gouging or “plowing” like conventional abrasives, resulting in material that cuts up to 2x as fast and lasts up to 6x as long as conventional abrasives without compromising finish.

3M Cloth Belt 340D is an open coat premium grade aluminum oxide cloth belt that provides durability for aggressive stock removal, resists loading, and is suitable for a variety of applications on wood and metal. This belt is recommended for wide belt sanding, edge sanding, or portable belt sanding.

3M Cubitron II Cloth Belt 966F is designed to provide efficient surface finishing on a variety of metals including stainless steel, titanium and other high nickel alloys. Made with 3M precision shaped ceramic grain attached to a water resistant polyester cloth backing, this belt can aggressively sand and finish surface without discoloring the metal in either wet or dry applications.

3M Trizact Cloth Belt 237AA uses proprietary microreplication technology by 3M where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral and then coated on an X weight cloth backing. As these pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed to produce a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish.

3M Cloth Belt 747D is made with a blend of aluminum oxide and 3M ceramic grain and is designed for superior metal finishing on a variety of metals including nickel and stainless steel.

3M Cloth Belt 302D is an aluminum oxide belt with open coat construction and a flexible J-weight backing that conforms well for sanding contours and complex parts. It is best-suited for light grinding, finishing, deburring and setting the grain on carbon steel and stainless steel, as well as soft metals like aluminum, brass, bronze and copper.
