3M Cubitron II Cloth Belt 966F is designed to provide efficient surface finishing on a variety of metals including stainless steel, titanium and other high nickel alloys. Made with 3M precision shaped ceramic grain attached to a water resistant polyester cloth backing, this belt can aggressively sand and finish surface without discoloring the metal in either wet or dry applications.

When traditional aluminum oxide belts aren’t cutting it, try 3M Cloth Belt 577F with alumina zirconia abrasive grain. It offers increased cutting efficiency compared to aluminum oxide, and has a heavy, water-resistant polyester backing that stands up to high-pressure applications and edge work.

3M Cubitron II Vitrified Grinding Wheels 92VC are the vitrified bonded grinding wheels containing 30% precision shaped grains with geometrically defined cutting edges for conventional precision grinding applications.

The 3M Cut-Off Wheel 654BK is a general purpose cut-off wheel for carbide tool manufacturing. With a highly concentrated diamond abrasive mineral, solid construction and a steel core, it is commonly used for trimming tool blanks on carbides, high speed steels and hard metals.

3M Trizact Cloth Belt 363FC utilizes an aluminum oxide mineral bonded to a YF-weight polyester cloth backing. 363FC belts are consistent “go-to first” products for a wide range of applications from heavy deburring and defect removal to intermediate finishing. These belts are available in grades from A300 to A35.

The 3M Resin Bond Diamond Super Abrasive Wheel 637BI is a fast, free-cutting wheel developed to grind Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD), carbide, thermal spray coatings and other hard-to-grind materials. Its unique resin bond construction is designed to reduce or eliminate wheel conditioning altogether to simplify and improve processes and promote higher throughput.

3M Paper Belt 466UZ is a smooth running belt constructed with silicon carbide mineral, bonded to an F-weight paper backing. The semi-closed coat construction efficiently sands and finishes flat surfaces in woodworking applications. F-weight is one of the heaviest, most durable paper backings available and will achieve finer finishes than cloth backed belts in the same grade.

3M Wetordry Abrasive Sheet 401Q is designed for sanding applications that require a fine grit and a light touch, such as auto body wet sanding and paint finishing. It combines a durable, waterproof A-weight paper backing and 3M’s fast-cutting silicon carbide mineral for consistent scratch patterns, making for easier buffing. And a range of grades up to 3000 grit allows for superior results.
