Standard Abrasives Surface Conditioning RC Roll offers the best initial rate of cut compared to other surface conditioning materials. It is a versatile abrasive that can deburr, clean, blend and finish. Above all, it is the best material for flat surface finishing. Jumbo rolls enable conversion by the end user for specific applications.

3M Vitrified Grinding Wheels 33VA are the vitrified bonded grinding wheels with standard white aluminium oxide grains for conventional precision grinding operations of gear and turbocharger parts.

When traditional aluminum oxide belts aren’t cutting it, try 3M Cloth Belt 577F with alumina zirconia abrasive grain. It offers increased cutting efficiency compared to aluminum oxide, and has a heavy, water-resistant polyester backing that stands up to high-pressure applications and edge work.

3M Paper Belt 346UZ is constructed with a premium aluminum oxide mineral. It is an open coat construction for loading resistance and is coated on an F-weight paper backing to efficiently sand and finish. F-weight is one of the heaviest, most rigid paper backings available and will achieve finer finishes than cloth backed belts in the same grade.

3M Trizact Cloth Belt 363FC utilizes an aluminum oxide mineral bonded to a YF-weight polyester cloth backing. 363FC belts are consistent “go-to first” products for a wide range of applications from heavy deburring and defect removal to intermediate finishing. These belts are available in grades from A300 to A35.

3M Cubitron II Vitrified Grinding Wheels – 93VE are the vitrified bonded grinding wheels containing 100% Cubitron II precision shaped grain (PSG), featuring geometrically defined cutting edges. They’re ideal for single rib profile and bevel grinding of gear parts.

3M Cloth Belt 302D is an aluminum oxide belt with open coat construction and a flexible J-weight backing that conforms well for sanding contours and complex parts. It is best-suited for light grinding, finishing, deburring and setting the grain on carbon steel and stainless steel, as well as soft metals like aluminum, brass, bronze and copper.
