Scotch-Brite EXL Unitized Wheels feature a soft, conformable consistency that effectively smooths, deburrs and finishes the edges of metal alloys, as well as many plastics and composites. There are a variety of densities and grades starting from a very soft 2 density for applications requiring conformability to a hard, aggressive 8 density for maximum cut and durability.

3M Stikit Blue Abrasive Disc 521U is a paper-backed abrasive disc with excellent performance and cut. It is available in a range of grades and sizes.

The Scotch-Brite Clean and Strip Unitized Wheel is a unitized wheel made for aggressive coating removal, cleaning welds, and removing rust, paint and coatings. The layered, durable unitized wheel construction and hard 7 density, with low conformability, make it a great match for edges, when durability is a must.

Scotch-Brite SST Unitized Wheels offer the same advantages as the SST convolute wheels. Softer and more conformable than many other higher density wheels, the SST is ideal for deburring and finishing demanding alloys like stainless steel and titanium. Unitized wheels can be made in much smaller diameters and widths than convolute wheels for more precise applications.
