An Easy-to-Process Tape for Tough Applications
3M Double Coated Tape 9492MP is a 2.5 mil PET tape. This tape features a .5 mil polyester film carrier which delivers excellent handling during processing such as slitting, die-cutting and laminating. It is coated on each side with 1 mil of 3M Adhesive 200MP, known as the industry standard for applications such as nameplate and graphic attachment. This adhesive delivers excellent shear strength as well as exceptional temperature and chemical resistance for tough environments.
A 4 mil, 58-lb. polycoated kraft liner adds stability for efficient processing such as die-cutting.

3M Laminating Adhesive 200MP is an industry standard for graphic attachment and general industrial joining applications. It features outstanding adhesion to metal, polycarbonate (PC), ABS and polyester (PET), making it popular across many industries.
