The paper is specially treated to resist penetration of liquids including solvents and enamels, greatly reducing rework due to bleed-through. A sheet of the Steel Gray Masking Paper can also withstand a bake cycle up to 400°F (204°C) for one hour, making it suitable for use in paint booths.
