Consisting of a slightly tacky acrylic elastomer sheet with a conductive ceramic filler, 3M thermally conductive acrylic interface pad 5550H is highly conformable to uneven substrates, helping fill gaps for improved thermal performance. It is an ultra-soft pad with high thermal conductivity of 1.92 W/m-K (ASTM D5470). The thin, firm, low-tack layer provides easy handling for pre-assembly and die cutting.
