ISOLOSS LS materials are fine-celled, low compression-set, high density polyurethane foams, offering unique combinations of design features for difficult mechanical energy control problems. ISOLOSS LS products exhibit very low compression set and excellent resistance to collapse as well as good shock absorption and vibration isolation performance. They also feature low outgassing and good dimensional stability. ISOLOSS LS foams provide excellent shock control and cushioning, yet are durable enough for gasketing, padding and sealing applications.

3M Diamond Lapping Film 668X is a PSA version of 661X product. Precisely graded diamond particles coated on a polyester film. Provides a consistent, repeatable finish on extremely hard materials. Available in many grades between 0.10 and 30.0 micron.

3M Thermally Conductive Silicone Interface Pad 5519 is a highly conformable, slightly tacky silicone elastomer pad. Designed to provide heat transfer path between heat generating components and heat sinks, heat spreaders or other cooling devices.

Aluminum oxide mineral coated on 3 mil polyester film with a durable resin system and PSA backed. Available in 7 grades between 0.05 and 60.0 micron. Common applications include fiber optic finishing and roll superfinishing.

3M Flux Field Directional Material EM25TP is a magnetic composite material consisting of a carrier resin with magnetic fillers. This versatile material can be used efficiently for EMI absorbing and magnetic shielding. 3M absorber EM25TP offers extremely high permeability and high magnetic loss to suppress EMI noise at the target frequency range. Because it functions as both an EMI absorber and a magnetic shield, this material is excellent for preventing creating high-performing custom stackups and preventing short circuits in electrical systems. Customization options include an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) for fast, easy application and a black PET top film layer for added durability.

The 3M EM25TP is also designed to efficiently couple to the magnetic field, and redirect it in low frequencies up to 15 MHz.

3M Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pad 5589H is a very conformable and soft pad with high thermal conductivity of 2.0 W/m-K (3M test method). This pad consists of a slightly tacky acrylic elastomeric sheet filled with thermally conductive ceramic particles. It is designed to transfer heat from heat generating components to heat sinks and cooling devices, improving device reliability and extending the component’s life.

3M Thermally Conductive Interface Tape 8926 is a pressure sensitive tape designed to have good converting ability, handing and re-workability through the introduction of a thin PET carrier. 3M tape series 8926 is designed with a soft acrylic polymer and multiple thickness options to allow excellent wet-out or conformability to many surfaces.
